Nature-based wellbeing in Widnes & across the North West
Return to Wild offers nature therapy, forest bathing and creative outdoor experiences designed to create space to slow down, reconnect and support wellbeing.
From community and health programmes to public forest bathing sessions and holistic massage, the work is rooted in a simple idea:
We are not separate from nature. We are part of it.
Nature Therapy & Forest Bathing
Slow down. Notice. Reconnect.
Forest bathing is a gentle, sensory way of spending time in nature.
Sessions are unhurried and invitational, creating space to step away from everyday demands, engage the senses and experience the natural environment in a different way.
My nature therapy sessions often combine forest bathing, sensory nature connection and seasonal creative practices using natural materials.
Sessions are available for individuals, community groups and organisations.
Nature-Based Creative Workshops
Creativity inspired by the natural world
Seasonal workshops offer a relaxed way to explore natural materials and creativity without pressure to produce a particular outcome.
Activities may include botanical clay work, nature weaving, natural inks, seasonal crafts and working with found materials.
Workshops can be offered independently or incorporated into a wider nature therapy programme.
Working with Communities & Organisations
Nature-based wellbeing for communities
Return to wild works with community, health and wellbeing organisations to create accessible nature-based experiences for the people they support.
Programmes can combine forest bathing, sensory nature connection, gentle creative practice and seasonal activities and can be developed as one-off sessions or longer funded programmes.
Community & Wellbeing
Nature-based programmes for community groups, carers and people who may benefit from gentle opportunities to reconnect with nature.
Health & Support
Calm, accessible sessions that can be adapted to the needs of different groups and delivered in partnership with local organisations.
Workplace Wellbeing
Forest bathing, nature connection and creative experiences for organisations wanting to give their teams genuine time away from the usual working environment.
